Abstract


With the number of motor vehicles keep increasing, traffic congestion, environmental pollution, traffic accidents and other problems becoming more and more serious.The goverment puts forward a call of "low carbon travel, bus priority". But due to the bus intelligent information system is in the early stage of development, many users still choose private cars or other means to travel. In order to attract more people to choose bus transportation, design of phone inquiry system for bus real-time position,to make bus information system become more intelligent. So it can attract more users to choose bus for a travel.Through the investigation of domestic and foreign intelligent bus information query system, design of the system mainly consists of vehicle terminal, server center, query system site. The vehicle terminal comprises a GPS module,MCU and GPRS module;They are used for collecting, processing and transferring the bus real-time location information. The server center includes system server and database server; system server provides the hardware platform for the query system,to make sure it can operate reliably.Use SQL Server2005as database server, it is used for receiving real-time data transmitted by vehicle terminal. Query system is designed in the ASP environment; including the user registration module, the user login module, the announcement management module and the bus information query module. The key function of the query system is achieved through Baidu Map API. Design process mainly uses the tile Pyramid map library pre-build technology, AJAX technology and map matching technology.Design of phone query system for bus real-time position, user can obtain the bus real-time information at anytime anywhere. Thus help users to formulate the reasonable travel plan. The establishment of the system will be able to attract more public transport passengers, improve the proportion of bus travel in public transport and the transportation efficiency. From environmental perspective, it can saving energy and reducing pollution, in response to call of "low carbon travel, bus priority".
