Abstract


The new curriculum promote key is to have a high-quality teachers , teacher professional development is an important way to improve the quality of teachers . Case school teachers' professional development exists in-depth analysis and discussion , the use of the method of teaching case studies to solve the problems of teachers in the practical and theoretical knowledge , to promote the professional development of teachers . This article is divided into four parts , the first chapter elaborate on the significance of the study , the definition of related concepts , research content and methods ; teaching of the connotation of teacher professional development , teacher professional structure , teacher professional development stage as well as to promote the professional development of teachers approach literature review ; the theoretical basis of the case studies and why teaching case analysis to promote the professional development of teachers . The second chapter analyzes the main problems in the school teachers' professional development . From the knowledge structure , teaching philosophy , teaching and research activities, as well as teacher training in four areas of the Case School teacher professional development issues . Chapter III proposed solutions to this problem - the use of teaching case studies to promote the professional development of teachers . Teachers through classroom practice , research key events , analysis of teaching cases and writing teaching cases , rich teaching practical knowledge and practical wisdom , and professional development . The fourth chapter, teaching case studies on the role of teacher professional development . Improve classroom teaching effectiveness , enhance teachers' ability to reflect , to improve the teaching and research activities .
