Abstract


Estate Product Management System is in the business background of Crland RealEstate Ltd, one of the top real estate companies in china. Crland Real Estate Ltd is aflagship of property business which belongs to Crland Group. Crland Real Estate Ltdhas entered39cities in mainland china with over70projects being under developmentand gradually had formed8housing projects series such as high-end series, cityhigh-end series, suburban high-end series, city quality series, suburban quality series,city improvement series, suburban improvement series and tourism&resort series.Holding property has developed two models such as city syndicate and Five Colourscity in the center of business district.In order to implement its national development strategy crland Real Estate Ltd willcopy the standalization of product line as an important means to improve the efficiencyof project development and decrease the cost of development. Through careful rearchon application of product library in estate Product management, in accordance with theidea of copying the standardlization of product line and in combination with advancedinformation technology, this system supports the high efficiency of project development.In technology respect this system is based on B/S architecture using four layerarchtechtures(interface layer, process layer, service layer and database layer), theformation development and UML technology with application of NET developmentplatform and MS SQL Service2005. This system has several function modules such asproduct library, project library and profession knowledge library.This system has several advantages such as friendly interface, simple application,stability in system and high security. Through Producting management system it canprovide issurance and enquirement of information about standarlized products and helpincrease the speed of housing project development with a large cut down on cost
