Abstract


With the fast development of information technology and computer networks in general, the application of information management on campus is becoming more and more informationalized and digitized. Workload statistics teaching information management is a daunting task in the traditional campus. Workload statistics of teachers involves the quantity and quality of the work of teaching which teachers directly engaged in.The scientific and rational workload statistical of teachers is the important basis of teaching reform and the personnel distribution system during the process of deepening educational reform. The traditional artificial statistics and the aggregate workload of teacher’s methods are often inaccurate, error-prone, and heavy task, which will affect a variety of assessment results. Therefore, the development of the statistical system workload of teachers is very important.Teachers Workload statistics system development is the workload of teachers of statistics in order to achieve office automation, accuracy of results of workload of teachers, fairness, scientific and adaptability to facilitate the statistical results of the inquiry officers to mobilize the teachers teaching and research initiative to improve the quality of school management and efficiency. The system is designed for teacher workload statistics to build a very practical management system, including basic information management system, load calculation, teacher workload query, analysis, synthesis, system database management and so on.This system is with Microsoft Windows2003as the operating system platform, Microsoft SQL Server as the backend database, using Visual Studio2008as a development tool, through related operation on the database to complete the accumulation, query, modification, deletion of information of the workload of teachers of statistical. Then forming date report, display or output. This system is making full use of the characteristic of computer on date processing, accessing and managing to assist personnel to improve the working efficiency and reduce errors. And the same time the system is also providing fast query and search functions and printing report by the workload requirements. But the system is only for workload statistics of teachers of Heilongjiang Agricultural vocational and technical college.
