Abstract


With the further reform of the economic system and the development ofsociety, the laws about current management of land keep on improving, along withthe development of real estate industry and the frequently change of allocation oflandownership and land use right. In the aspect of the program design and theconstruction management of urban land, it is inevitable to use the IT technology toachieve the information management in order to make land digitalized. Informationconstruction experience in some development counties and areas have shown that itis significant to organize and manage the complicated land data.The information system of cadastral management is a decision support systemwhich provides data processing and information management of the urban land.With the technology of GIS and distributed calculating, we can make visualmanagement to the related information of space and property, which improve thework efficiency of the department of land management, help the officeadministration scientifically and reasonably, and provide the ADM in urbanplanning and construction.This essay mainly researches the design and development of the informationsystem of cadastral management, which aims at doing functional structure design ofinformation system of cadastral management, the data storage model and theapplication and development of GIS module. In the analysis of operation flow,functional requirement and spatio-temporal data model, it comes up with the designmethods of object of the information system of cadastral management and theapplications of the workflow technologies. The paper talks about the Main contentfrom three aspects as follows:1. Introduce the function and architecture design of cadastral managementinformation system, data and functional requirements related to parcel of land inobject-oriented design and functional modular structure of information system, etc.2. Analyze the characteristics of data in cadastral management and therelations between the data, discuss the ways of UML language to build the logical structure of the data storage model, design function of modeling software, and thephysical structure of automatically generating the system database.3. Apply the prototype test system of ArcGIS platform software in cadastralmanagement information system, use the functional modules of component-baseddevelopment methodology to realize some of the main function module.
