Abstract


With the rapid economic development of our society, the taxpayer number of households is increasing, and economic elements, the increasing complexity of production and management, complex and arduous nature of the sources of revenue management is also increasing grassroots tax authorities tax management and taxpayer number of households more have become increasingly prominent, poor management, dilute responsibility "is difficult to be fundamentally resolved. Practice has proved that the extensive sources of revenue management can not meet the increasingly complex sources of revenue management, only the implementation of the tax requirements of information management in order to promote the realization of tax and scientific management, fine. In recent years, the tax system in Shandong Province use of IT tools, developed the software system of the actual work of a tax administrator, the tax administrator tube households, work and services in three aspects of the work combine to ensure that the role of the tax administrator effectively promote the improvement of the sources of revenue management level.In this article, the authors first analyzed the status of the construction of domestic and international tax management information according to the actual needs of the primary sources of revenue management in the tax system in Shandong Province, sources of revenue management systems design and implementation of research. Sources of revenue management systems design and implementation of the mode used in the process, the framework is analyzed. The system uses the MVC three-tier system, the control layer, logic layer and view layer for effective separation. The use of software engineering methods to requirements analysis and design of the sources of revenue management system to determine system requirements, and use UML modeling tool to design the system to build a three-tier structure of the system, on the basis of the system architecture, detailed design function of the system module and its interface. Build hardware and software environment for system development based on J2EE platform, Shandong Province State Administration of Taxation sources of revenue management systems. According to the needs analysis, system testing of the different levels of access to system deficiencies. Test results were analyzed, and a corresponding improvement measures. In this paper, the actual needs of the business tax system in Shandong Province grass-roots tax administrator sources of revenue management, design and realization of the sources of revenue management systems. The system uses the MVC three-tier architecture and object-oriented approach, using JDBC database connection. Testing and actual operation results show that the system basically meet the business needs of the grass-roots tax administrator sources of revenue management, while also providing municipal IRS Province IRS database connectivity interface. Contains a variety of different functions in the module settings. System design modules include system maintenance, the four major functions of the integrated query, day-to-day management, tax assessment, as well as39sub-function of each module to achieve different functions. The design of this system, greatly improving the management efficiency of Shandong Province State Administration of Taxation tax sources, and also enhances data accuracy, and simplify office work, to ensure and promote the development of China’s sources of revenue management.
