Abstract


With the rapid development and popularization of the Internet technology, the way people learn is no longer confined to the classroom and books. Distance education, independent learning, lifelong learning concept is catching on. E-learning is a new king of educational technology based on Internet technology, Asynchronous education as the main feature,"Building Education" as the main concept, has Streamlined, standardized learning record and track, Meeting people’s learning needs in anytime, at anywhere, particularly suitable for large enterprises’ personnel training. It is in this context, in order to reduce staff training costs? to improve the learning performance of employees, China Life Insurance Co., Ltd build the online learning system——China Life E learning project.In this paper, on the basis of a lot of access to domestic and international e-learning literature and technical documentation, and the actual participants in the development of the project, the paper analyzes China Life management features and the staff training process, sums up a completed user needs. On this basis, design function module and the core function of e-learning——LMS in details, gives technical solutions, and part of the code. China Life E learning projects based on the SCORM standard.I participated in the design and development of the Learning Management System (LMS) platform. Including the importing of the courseware, how to start a courseware, learning tracking. This paper will conduct a complete and detailed presentation of the project development process.China Life E school system has been running on the line, raising the company’s personnel training techniques to a new level. In the next stage of development will improve the system’s ease of use and resistance to stress.
