Abstract


With the development of computer science and network technology, informationmanagement of enterprise without paper becoming the significant meaning to promotethe reasonable resource assignment and increase the efficient of daily work. Currently,the used or preparation to apply of ERP in large scale enterprise is widely.The application of ERP has promoted the enterprise significantly, but the use ofERP in middle or small enterprise or official department is not that popular because ofthe cost of ERP itself and its entertainment. This paper focuses on this issue, designand implementation the court purchasing management system according to therequirement of intermediate people’s court of FUSHUN city. The aim is to increasingthe work efficient of the court.According to the requirement of management process of intermediate people’scourt of FUSHUN city, and the disadvantage such as low feedback in every departmentof shortage of office applies, bad coordination of different departments. The maincontribution of this paper is as follows:(1) This paper analyzed the functional requirements of the system, and designedthe system under the principles of safety, reliability, scalability and etc., then, thispaper designed the overall function perforations of the system according torequirements of intermediate people’s court of FUSHUN city. There are mainly fourparts of this system, these are modular of purchase applying, modular of, modular ofpurchase plan list，modular of purchase feedbacks and query for procurements. Amongthem, the purchase used to submit the requirement of things goods for the office staff,the prichase plan list is the collection of all requirements submitted, and the feedbacksused when the things needed has been purchased.(2) The advantages of JSP+Oracle+Tomcat have been analyzed in this paper, andthe feasibility of them is also analyzed. The Tomcat is the server of the lightweight,simple configuration, Oracle is a commercial database management systems,distributed storage and distributed management functions, enable collaboration among multiple servers; JSP is the website of the current mainstream programming language,cross-platform capability.(3) This paper detailed designed the system and selected adaptive developenvironments of it, Court procurement management system to provide users with fourfunction modular: purchase apply, modular of purchase register, modular of purchaseplan list, and query for procurements. In each modular of apply and register, there arefunctions of information query, add, remove and editing services. In addition, there arequery and transactions tackle functions. And the information query modular alsoprovided services of information query and print services. The system uses thethree-tier structure and JSP technology application system, through application and theoracle database connection with the database queries.The application of the court purchase management system shows that it cancomplete basic daily needs of intermediate people’s court of FUSHUN city,, hasgreatly improved the efficiency of the purchasing work of the court, and also haspractical significance and application value.
