Abstract


With the rapid development of computer technology，its application has infiltratedinto all walks of life(including senior secondary schools)，and Teacher InformationManagement System is an important component of campus information system, so wemust give more attention to it. Through the main pattern by traditional manual recordscan not fill the requirements of enterprise management, The issue is concerned to solvethe above problem. As the defect exists in the traditional management model, the issuedesigned and implemented Senior secondary schools Teacher Information ManagementSystem under computer technique support, so as to Accelerate informationizationConstruction.This paper introduces the development process of Teacher InformationManagement System which is strict adherence to the software development flow:Systems analysis, System design, System implementation and test, that is can meet theuser’s demand. The main features of this system is that the SSH framework(Struts，Spring，Hibernate) is applied to high school teachers’ information management system,which can improve the efficiency of software development. The system can be divide tothree layer, each layer introduce framework, Struts framework is working on theexpression layer, so The expression layer can be separated from business layer by Strutsframework, the Developers can develop system independently. Spring framework isworking on the Business Layer which can reduce the dependence of each layer andimprove the compatibility of each layer, and hibernate framework is working on datalayer which can solved these shortages about data layer in Spring framework.The main content of my work is listed as follows:(1)The choose of Development technology, Through analyzing the existingframework technology advantages and disadvantages, this paper determine to developTeacher Information Management System on SSH Framework.(2)The Functional Requirements and performance Requirements are certain byabsorbing excellent experiences in the same type system and researching the businesswork of system which laying a foundation for system design.(3)According to the demand of the system, The paper design Teacher InformationManagement System, then implement the system.Through testing we can found that the design goal is achieved, and Initial form a Teacher Information Management System which has ultimately formed a unifiedinterface style, stable operation, easy to operate and well scalability, it can be applied toInformation Management.
