Abstract


Become a necessity of the development of education as the community of talent and education needs to improve , in the form of education and educational content rich, resulting in lifelong education . Lifelong education for life , universal , universality and flexibility characteristics , these characteristics determine the form of education for lifelong education is no longer confined to school education , social education also includes no fixed time and place . The traditional forms of education can not meet anytime, anywhere, portable learning needs . The mobile Internet technology - based mobile learning appears as an entirely new form of learning . Mobile learning to the learner through a combination of mobile communication technology in the digital learning on the basis of new experience anytime, anywhere learning . SMS learning , the terminal learning software based online browsing links in mobile learning mode . Mobile learning in the conventional sense is the use of mobile terminal equipment , is the most popular mobile phone , login mobile Internet , online learning resources for learning . The reality of the situation is based on the phase of the mobile Internet learning resources much less traditional Web learning resources . First, the organization of human construction of mobile learning resources , but for the same content of Web resources is wasted . Second , the conversion of existing Web learning resources to adapt to the mobile terminal equipment to normal browsing . This paper is to study based on the latter approach , a conversion system is designed and implemented the program , aimed at Web learning resources into the system . The launching of this project is based on the above background and consider . The main work includes : (1) analysis of questionnaire data obtained , found that mobile learning learning resources are scarce . Web network learning resources are relatively abundant , and can be transferred to the mobile terminal platform up . (2) to study the basic theory of mobile learning education . The study and comparison of various markup language to develop differences tag conversion processing rules . (3) designed and implemented the Web learning resource conversion system . Wap page for mobile terminal Internet browser to provide users convert on non-standard pages document conversion process through the system .
