Abstract


The recruitment information management system for enterprise is a networkplatform created through technologies. With its help the human resource departmentcould complete the recruitment process and workers could find a satisfying job as well.It builds a platform between job seekers and recruiters where the probability ofencounter between the two is expanded.The online recruitment grows up with the popularity of the Internet. When theInternet connects different regions and different culture people together, it can convey awide range of information. Enterprise begins to relay on the new medium Internetinstead of the conventional newspaper recruitment. In result the online recruitmentbooms out.The recruitment information management system for Xinjiang QikanghaboweiMedicine Enterprise is such a network recruitment platform. Through this platform, theordinary individual Internet user can register as an individual member. And then theuser can search for recruitment information and publish or update his or her resume.The user can send or receive the interview message, as well as modify the logininformation and collect the recruitment information and so on. The enterprise user couldregister as a corporate member, publish or update the enterprise recruitment informationconveniently. Besides, the user can also collect and search for the applicationinformation, and modify the login information simultaneously etc.In this paper, the overall design and the functions as well as the methods ofimplementation and so on for the system (Xinjiang Qikanghabowei Medicine Enterprise)are described in detail. At first, the research background, significance and currentsituation and the objectives of this study are introduced. Following we illustrate thetheory foundation and the key technologies, the ASP.NET as well as the SQL Serverdatabase for the web system program. And then combined with the practical systemrequirements and the target of the system development, the paper described the overallsystem design and workflow. The emphasis is laid on the design of the database system. Subsequently the detailed design and implementation for the main function modules arestated. And then the environment deployment and the performance testing for thissystem are elaborated. Finally, subjects ends with summary and prospect of the futurework.Combined with the practice application and the theory of the software engineer,this research constructs a recruitment information management system which takesadvantage of the hot Internet technology and intelligent database technology. Thisresearch would have a bright prospect for application.
