Abstract

Continuing lack of protection of the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers, and will certainly lead to a certain extent, this group's dissatisfaction with the status quo, and when and dissatisfaction accumulated to a certain stage, they may be by taking the negative behavior to the community to express their dissatisfaction . When this happens, the issue of migrant workers will affect social harmony and stability, hinder the process of urbanization and people of migrant workers. Migrant workers in recent years, the crime rate is rising, and the suicides of migrant workers as well as the negative phenomenon of \Therefore, the understanding of China's migrant workers living in the city's current situation, issues analysis of urban integration of migrant workers, for the reform of the household registration system, and promote the process of people of migrant workers, urban and rural development, maintaining social harmony and promote social equity and justice, to promote the construction of social has important practical significance. This paper studies the integration of the migrant workers of the city issues and draw on the basis of existing research on this topic at home and abroad, the use of several main points in the Broughton social exchange theory to analyze the social integration of migrant workers and urban including social attraction theory suggests that the power source of migrant farmers, social rewards of migrant workers into the city an important role in the social structure of migrant workers into the city process, and finally make only the use of shared values ??as a guide to properly resolve of migrant workers into the city, the achieve perfect social transformation assertion, based on Broughton social exchange theory, proposed the integration of migrant workers into the city countermeasures and suggestions.
