Abstract


Document is important intellectual assets of enterprises, with the information process, enterprises pay more and more attention to document management system based on Web. Efficient document management allows secure storage, quick access, and good information sharing of corporate documentation, which improves the quality and skills of employee, makes more explicit to transfer information between employees, also employee can make full use of corporate resources, and improve efficiency, thus it enhances competitiveness of enterprise.This thesis takes a practical document management project of iron and steel company as background, analyzing of the needs of the project, the company designed and developed a customized Web-based document management system.The main content of this paper finished are the following:1. The three-tier structure of ASP.NET Web application development related to technology is described, specifically applied to the document management system development.2. Analyzing of the actual needs of the project, designing the system functional modules and the database, listing the main database table structure, and using stored procedures to complete all operations with the database.3. The system development and implementation process are described, including the system of public class design, the main function modules of the detailed design and implementation.4. Using the ASP.NET AJAX framework and Ajax technology to rich feature results page.5. Summary of the actual development process of system optimization in the performance and enhancing system security measures taken by the principal.The document management system as an important sub-OA system, the system plays safe and stable since it put into use for half of a year.
