Abstract


At present stage, photography companies make great changes to their management mode, then orders management of albums production becomes an urgent problem which needs to be solved. This work can help company to finish the order management of albums production rapidly. Because of numerous work related to order of albums production, it’s hard to manage and makes it’s easy to lose information when multi-task appears. All of these problems will introduce lots of troubles. Recently, those companies prepare to establish a ordered workflow to improve the efficiency. Therefore, after lots of investigations and combing the latest management technique, companies design Order Management System of Albums Productions (OMSAP) to help staffs to finish the management work better.We analyze the design background of OMSAP, and use development background to explain the main problems related to the accomplishment of system, describe the whole outline of system briefly. By summarizing the rules of implementing about photography business management system, we survey the real situation of photography business management and finish the analysis of possible technique. OMSAP use the object-oriented language JAVA, adopts B/S architecture, make use of the framework of Struts, Hibernate and Spring based on J2EE to develop. All of these make OMSAP being uniform and extendable. After analyzing the function of every mode of our system deeply, we show how to do system analysis and design from the view of efficiency and practice to make the system scalable, maneuverability and be with better performance, describe the methods of design and accomplishment in details and the techniques to solve the key problem during the process of system accomplishment.Album production order management system in accordance with the relevant requirements into the basic data management, product management, studio management, order management and statistical analysis of several modules. Basic data management system for maintenance; product management product management measures and preferential policies, including the type of product management, product unit management, Product management; studio management, business management of the company’s studio a description of measures, including a photo studio management, product pricing management and print management; order Management is the core of the system, describing the order entry and maintenance, the main function order information management, shipping management, document management; statistical analysis management statistics and summary of some important information in the system.How to better complete album production order management is the fundamental purpose of the system design, so the system is put into use after the implementation and management of this work, a better job to help the appropriate management personnel to improve the overall management efficiency.
