Abstract


The international famous structure GartnerGroup which manage softwareevaluation defined EPR system in the early1990s. It pointed that EPR system is oneplanning the resource and calculating the financial affair in the range of enterpriseaccording to the order, and emphasized that ERP is different from international MRPIIsystem, and has adopted the advanced information technology. To be simple,ERPsystem is the integrated systems of the resource and computers resources of enterprise,carrying on the ERP is a management innovation project for enterprise, a kind ofconflicting, crossing, getting together between Chinese and foreign management. Withthe management example in this articl of Hunan YITONG, to research the planning andapplication of the equipment managing system, in order to raise internal utilizationratio of apparatus and realize most loud economic benefits through apparatusadministrative system. Have analyzed current situation and importance of apparatusmanagement in the article at first, to analyze that necessity and feasibility of themanagement information system of the apparatus. Secondly to apparatus information, toanalyze the flow, and to design and develop the administrative system of a set ofapparatus. Finally, the articl explained the designing and achieving process.Have explained the function of every sub module and realized the course in thearticle in detail, and has especially explained the key technology of thesystem.According to trying the running situation, the system has strengthened theeffective management of the apparatus of company, have improve efficiency andscience of management, has realized the sharing of the information resources, haveachieved the goal of building a high-efficiency enterprise apparatus administrativesystem.
