Abstract


With China’s reform and opening up,Chinese people’s living standards haveadvanced by leaps and bounds. From the Chinese people "clothing, food, live,walking,"the four aspects of the "live" as embodied by the obvious,"A comfortable, SpaciousHome, Beautiful garden, Full of Leisure and Entertainment Facilities,"China is thebiggest desire of the people.Recent years, many kinds of information websites for real estate continuouslyappearing on the Internet probably bring great convenience to the consumers, butactually there are no more detailed description for the property. Lots of websites justsimply release the information related to the key words as well as not thecomprehensive one, those systems will not turn the operation of housing purchaseonline into reality. In order to improve the condition, I am here proposing the subject assales system for commercial residential building of Hunan construction engineeringgroup.This paper introduces the HunanJiangong house sales system background,purposeand significance of the development, the system of comprehensive, strategic needsanalysis, system design module to highlight aspects of the database design, detaileddesign introduces a system of software programming platform, database platform tosupport the system and some brief description of the module, with a correspondingdesign so that the legend appears to be more ornamental. Finally, the system introducedsome of the features of the module for use.Commodity house sales system of HunanJuangong was built as a high-speednetwork platform for rdevelopers and buyers, the system for the first time the real estateon-line orders, and buyers using the system of information retrieval functions of theinquiry in line with their own properties for sale housing, The shape of a simple on-linetrading session of the first two segments. The system use Microsoft Visual Studio2005(ASP.NET2.0) as a development platform for development tools to develop languageusing C Sharp language, the use of Microsoft SQL Server2005data as a background torun a strong support. The housing sales systems of Hunan construction Engineering group accomplish itsbasic functions by experiencing a series of researches and analysis including theprevious research, the analysis of possibility and demand, also the overall and specificdesign until the final adjustments, which has reached the basic standard line oversoftware designing. However,it is an acceptable housing sales management system.The widely use of computer technology for management of information has beenapplied to many aspects in terms of the current circumstance. Thai system based on theprinciples of scientific and standard for real estate housing sales provide the stuff with afacility, which will help them work much more easily and conveniently. Thus, it alsoreduce the burden of the employee’s workload.
