Abstract


The body-building trade is a emerging sunrise industry in China,and with short development time.but it play a unique and very important role in the economic and social development, especially in promoting the "spiritual civilization" construction, improving people’s life quality, advocating civilized lifestyle. So, There is a vital significance to speed up the development of body-building trade in Changchun city.The research object of this thesis is about 200 fitness customers, 20 Body-building instructor and 20 management of sport fitness club of Changchun by adopting the documentation method, questionnaire method, Delphi technique, mathematical statistics and so on. this article table some proposal in order to give advice to the development of fitting clubs in Changchun.The present situation of Body-building market in Changchun:1 The changchun Body-building market centralize medium-scale management, and in which private sector of the economy plays the dominant role,Basically can meet citizen’s fitness demands.2 The manager of Changchun Body-building market are mainly focus on young and middle-aged, age structure tends to younger staff.But it have a scarcity of higher cultural manager. Management highlight the idea of " People-oriented ".3 The quantity of male fitness instructors are more than that of female instructors in Changchun body-building market. Age structure is Reasonable. Most of fitness Instructors are in possession of advanced academic degrees. But the system of quality certification is in a state of chaos.4 The fitness person in Changchun is mainly based on male.Most of them hold very high academic qualifications,ranging in age from 21 to 40;And they all have a monthly income from 2000 to 3000 yuan.Exercise purposes show pluralistic trend.5 The marketing strategy of Changchun body-building markets are very single; The advertising campaign is simple and the market positioning is out of focus.The suggestion on Developing Changchun Body-building market :1 The government should increase the preferential policy on body-building market, standardize market order and establish indicator system of statistics on sports fitness services business. It also should grasp accurately of the development trends,the variation trends and the future trend of the fitness club, better for business fitness club operators such as the investment decision-making, management provide business guidance.2 Foster capable management personnel, improve instructor guidance level and change the appointment way, the establishment of a stable fitness instructor team.3 open targeted service projects, provide various services, pay attention to implement various projects varieties of supporting management. Gymnasium and market diversification of bodybuilding project in guarantee also launched more pertinence, novelty characteristic project.4 Changchun body-building market should establish their own enterprise culture to make his club, brand, brand image formed for myself, create brand value. Fourthly, the citizens of sports fitness shift consumption conception and guide citizens for sports fitness consumption.
