Abstract


With the rapid development of information technology, Online Office ManagementSystem is applied widely home and abroade. And its development technologies arevarious. In order to improve the administrative personnel’s work efficiency andmanagement level, Shangyu City Occupation Education Center decides to develop a setof online management system according to management and schedule.The study and development of the on-line office system is based on Webdevelopment technology, adopts Java EE platform architecture, and SpringMVC+Hibernate+Ajax framework technology, which is designed into the four layerlogic framework from the evolution of the MVC model, and adopt the exchange of theHibernate lightweight framework technology and database data in the back-endpersistence layer, and which will act as a persistence layer framework will beintegrated into its JavaEE management system. The application of the integrationtechnology of the Struts2+Spring+Hibernate framework will make the developmentprocess more efficient and easier management. The study and development process ofthe system adopts the jQuery library. The jQuery library provides powerful functions,and solves the browser compatibility, which greatly improving the efficiency of writingJavaScript code, and the codes are written in a more elegant and robust.During the project’s developing process, I am mainly responsible for research jobsin early stage of the project, demand analysis base on the software function for theactual situation, system architecture, function implement, system test and so. Iparticipated in whole development process. I am mainly responsible for the project.The appliment of the system can help managements to solve the complex dailywork. The research and development process can also studied and used by the Java Webdevelopment staff.
