Abstract


In the past ten years , food safety events occur frequently , and threaten the lives and health of the public , some of the major food safety incidents and even a direct impact on the economic development , social stability and the country's image , the community is growing concern . Oversight of food safety incidents as channels of information transmission network media also plays an important role of the traditional media can not match . This article is designed to parse its problems by studying the performance of the network supervision by public opinion in the event of food safety , with the reasons for Communication Theory of a problem , and propose countermeasures to network supervision by public opinion on China 's food safety events reference and reference. The paper combines significant impact of food safety incidents occurred in recent years , such as Sanlu milk powder incident , Sichuan Guangyuan maggots Kom events , by contrast with the traditional media supervision by public opinion as well as comparison with other areas of the network supervision by public opinion , a detailed analysis of horizontal on the role of food safety incidents in the network supervision by public opinion played . In addition , throughout the process of development of the incident longitudinal , were also described different manifestations in the events of the early period of development , and the development of late .
