Abstract


With Software functionality, performance testing becoming more and more mature, people began to study the scientific methods of usability testing, standards and tools for large-scale software systems, especially for the office software usability testing. There are a lot of subjective test, or a specific scene, result in usability testing is not like functional testing or performance testing which have clearly defined standards, methods.This thesis aims to explore the usability testing general common method, in order to improve the efficiency and uniformity of usability testing. We find that the standard method applied to the centralized management system, is also in line with the intention of China Unicom Group to establish channels of centralized systems, because that is the only way to truly make it easier for the user to channels concentrated systems. Work and innovation of the main points are as follows:(1) To develop the basic elements of usability testing, including functional integrity testing of elements on the page, page layout reasonableness test, testing the convenience of the system, testing security and system help document, compatibility test, the front-end code optimization tests, the front-end performance optimization test;(2) The design and implementation of the channels concentrated system focus on system usability test program, starting from the channels of centralized systems business processes and the basic elements of usability testing design. The test results summarized statistics of the number of defects as well as common usability problems.
