Abstract


In this paper, the quantitative analysis and text analysis , comparative study of the \The novelty of the article is that the comparison did not use the traditional Olympic coverage comparison in relation to a vertical and horizontal comparison , but cross-comparison of the way , depending on the Olympic host country . Research difference of both the country and the other countries of Olympic coverage , the other from the similarities and differences of the two newspapers for third-country Olympic coverage , to further discuss the reason for the existence of these similarities and differences . Thus proved : one , news of the law of value is the same role in the two media ; , cultural heritage has a profound impact on the two media reported tendency ; Third, the economic and political interests of the two media reported distinction practical reasons . In addition, through a comparative study of this article , learn from our future Olympic coverage is another practical significance of this article .
