Abstract


.Scientific funding management is an important part of scientific management.Digital and network methods can greatly promote the efficiency of scientific fundingmanagement. In connection with the business characteristic and the actual demand, thisthesis propose a solution combined the information collection and assessment, in order forthe management to be reasonable and effective.Based on the particular investigation and analysis of the practical management, thisthesis firstly designs system function, and combined with the hierarchical design, uses themainstream lightweight JavaEE framework SSH to structure the system. Secondly, thisthesis divides the system function into collection module, evaluation module andmanagement module. The collection module is responsible for collecting and auditing allthe allocation and implementation of the funds. The evaluation module uses statisticmethod to estimate the allocation and implementation of the funds, in order to guiding thesubsequent providing of the funds. The management module implements thecomprehensive management of system resource. Based on the fully consideration of thesystem extensibility and maintainability, this thesis particularly realizes all main modules.Finally, through the comprehensive testing for the function and performance, it shows thatthe system has been consistent with the original demand.This thesis optimizes the business process, comprehensively designs the function offund management, realize a stable, efficient, reasonable and easy-to-use system, providesfavorable guarantee for the standard management and reasonable operation of thescientific funding management.
