Abstract


Along with the development of modern communication technology, the degree of office automation and information become the guarantee of most industry like hotel. In dealing with the problem that the customer puts forward, the traditional maintenance management mode of engineering failures already can’t adapt to enterprise’s demand of the modern management, a high efficiency and convenient way for Maintenance Management is a greatest importance for the hotel.In the traditional mode, the application and feedback often completed through the way of phone or verbal notification. Some important process like the acceptance, maintenance and dispatch are also in the charge of specially-assigned person. It is unreliable and inefficient that needed to be improved.To the above problems, this paper design and realize the maintenance management system based for hotel engineering failures improved some important process. System based on C/S structure, the system allows customer submit failure application by phone or PC, the phone apply mode is using the mainstream CTI technology development an IVR self-help voice response module, according to voice prompts user can complete failure apply just by simple key operation; in the PC apply mode, the server use IOCP network model, combine with the reasonable design of memory management model it can handle mutiple client request. The MOTOTRBO digital radio’s text message service is used in this system to realize the dispatch and feedback function, when the new application comes, the system automatically accept it and according to the principle of minimum amount task priority send dispatch messages to the maintainer, to complete the feedback, the maintainer just need to return shot messages to the system. Besides, the system also privide real-time repair information display function, history query fuction, and schematize statistic analysis function. Microsoft Visual Studio2008is the software development platform for the system, and the programming language is VC++. SQL Server2008is used as database.The system has passed the test by the hotel manager under26PC,10MOTOTRBO,4phone lines. Realized the targets and run stable.
