Abstract


Card resource marketing is Mobile’s main source of profits. With the rapid development of mobile communication technology, the operators’ business expansion becomes larger and the competition makes more intense between them.From the early stage of development to nowadays, because the growth of the customer base is one important way to increase profit point, Mobile always pays close attention to the customer base. It’s well known to all, which is quite significant to use advanced information technologies and management tools for control of customer base, expansion of business and increasing of profits to build the Mobile Channel Resource Management System.The Mobile Channel Resource Management System is a carrier for Mobile cards and other resources to manage and marketing data to synchronize. The system should be a true reflection of Mobile complex business rules, and provide accurate business data, supporting Mobile’s business development demands and providing technical support for fast and high quality service.From the focus on Shortcomings of the existing for Mobile Channel Resource Management System, according to the business development requirements of recent years and later, this paper shows the analysis of demand for recent business; clears the system’s goal and business processes; designs the overall structure and operating environment; achieves storage of the Mobile channel resources, the plans of resource allocation, resource library, refund as well as statistics and the bill printing function, and finally puts the system into use.This system uses the J2EE framework, which includes client layer, presentation layer, business layer, persistence layer and database layer. The architecture puts business logic and data processing to the business logic layer and data persistence layer for unified management; client just interacts with the web view; presentation layer passes data to the business logic layer, and interacts with the persistence layer. By the configuration files to get interfaces between the layers, system gains good scalability and stability.It has been proved that the system runs steadily and reliably, which meets Mobile business demands. Therefore, the research achievement has practical value of the promotion.
