Abstract


Multi- target motion simulation system as a key target motion simulation equipment , not only can reproduce the target trajectory , the motion characteristics of the simulated target for the study provide a comprehensive test and physical simulation , but also for a variety of measuring instruments or precision equipment the high-precision calibration or verification . Spatial positioning accuracy , a certain type of multi- target motion simulation system as the research object to raise the target to improve the system dynamic performance the following research work carried out for research purposes : First, the overall structure of the multi- target motion simulation system to determine the system control program , design a controller based on the combination of feedforward control expert PID control and predictable ; simulation of the controller through the use of the approximate model of the controlled object , verify the effect of the control of the controller design , not only to meet the multi- target Motion simulation system accuracy requirements , resolve contradictions between and overshoot fast response , and improvement of the system to track the performance . Then , structural characteristics for the system , using a triangle the intersection measuring method and stereo vision measurement system spatial location static measurement error and dynamic error . To ensure measurement accuracy , the analysis of the factors that affect the measurement accuracy triangular intersection method to determine the best measurement range , experimental design based on three-dimensional visual space dynamic position error measurement and analysis of measurement accuracy . Regression analysis method and the principle of coordinate transformation to calculate the spatial position error of the measured feature points , RBF neural network theory to establish the error compensation model , multi- target motion simulation system space position error compensation , the experimental results show that the compensation system accuracy meets requirements. Finally , in accordance with the requirements of the multi- target motion simulation system , the VC build a PC software platform , technology , modular design methods , software interface , and its main flowchart software implementation is given ; take advantage of PC application software and testing software on the actual system dynamic parameter adjustment and testing , the experimental results show that the system designed to meet the requirements of the technical indicators .
