Hydrogen is an inexhaustible supply of clean energy , is also an important chemical raw materials . Because of its advantages , the increasingly widespread development and application . However , hydrogen is flammable and explosive gas , in order to protect the safety of hydrogen energy production , use , transport and storage , the development of high-sensitivity hydrogen sensors to detect low concentrations of hydrogen and hydrogen leak monitoring environment has important significance . Research cantilever sensor decline according to the actual demand of the hydrogen measurement , combined with the pipeline , the subject of a new hydrogen sensors - micro- ducted hydrogen sensor , a micro channel trace hydrogen measurement method , and the establishment of the micro- structure of the pipeline hydrogen sensors model of its works . Established the differential equations of motion of the equivalent model of the micro- pipeline hydrogen sensor based on Newtonian mechanics , in-depth analysis of the dynamics of the micro- pipe model to study the dynamics of the micro- pipe model with gas pressure , gas flow rate , frame size , fluid-structure the relationship between the coupling effect , provides a theoretical basis to optimize the quality of the micro - pipeline hydrogen sensor resolution . A detailed analysis of the relationship between the mass resolution of its structural parameters of the micro - pipeline model , based on micro- pipeline structure of the model parameters were optimized design , which laid a good next step of the sample preparation and process experimental theoretical basis. Micro - pipe model and the finite element model of the hydrogen to be measured using ANSYS software , simulation and analysis of theoretical models of hydrogen adsorption dynamics of the micro channel hydrogen sensor , simulation results , this article uses Newton's method to establish the micro- pipeline hydrogen sensor consistent further validate the inherent frequency variation of the micro - pipeline caused by hydrogen gas sensor based on the adsorption of hydrogen to the feasibility of the method of the trace amounts of hydrogen gas detection .
