Abstract


In recent years , with the accelerated process of urbanization , city size is expanding , while the level of urban management to keep up with the development of urban construction , urban management issues abound . City management needs to be done to the refinement of the information transition from the traditional extensive management mode . Digital city management is the use of means of information , through the establishment of urban management office automation system , the system of law enforcement investigators , complaints systems , video surveillance systems , vehicle monitoring and dispatching system , emergency treatment system applications such as integrated urban management system disposal platform . And provides a new model for urban management , urban management gradual transition from extensive , free to the specification precisely . However , the construction of video surveillance systems into large , fierce competition for resources , and how to effectively use these video surveillance resources for urban management service is currently an urgent need to solve the problem . Based on the video surveillance system Yuexiu District City Management Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau study , to digitize video surveillance sharing technology , in particular, I participate in the sharing of digitized video monitoring based on the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) signaling transport technology research . Mainly completed the following work : 1 briefly describes the role of the video surveillance system in the digital city management , detailed description of the relevant technology . On a the video surveillance digitized shared system construction technology route , the basic architecture , the need to implement the functions and equipment selection requirements . 3, analysis of the status of the Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau , Yuexiu District, urban management , video monitoring system , improvement ideas and needs analysis . 4 to analyze the possibility to build a shared system of video surveillance digital SIP protocol and test related operations . The design of a SIP-based digital video surveillance sharing system .
