Software industry is one of the industries highest degree of globalization, with the software showing a large-scale industrial development, services, specialization and internationalization features, more and more companies are choosing to seek a worldwide professional software outsourcing company, the company’s non-core business of software development and maintenance outsourcing, to focus efforts to develop core competitiveness of enterprises, software outsourcing has become a huge market. The development of global software outsourcing services for the Chinese software industry provides a good opportunity for development, many large international companies seeking access software outsourcing contractor, will turn their attention to low-cost countries, China is one of them. China’s software outsourcing industry in recent years has achieved rapid development, software outsourcing service market share has increased steadily, but the low-cost Chinese software outsourcing enterprises at present only in the value chain of software outsourcing industry for at least part of the profits, and businesses gain more profit should not rely solely on low costs, but should rely on customer value creation. How to create higher value for customers, looking for sustainable development of China’s software outsourcing industry, a hot issue has important practical significance.Scholars of China’s software outsourcing industry is still relatively lacking research, research methods is not yet mature, this paper summarizes research results, based on the theory of value chain analysis tool, the status quo of China’s software outsourcing industry and problems of analysis and propose solutions to existing problems strategies. First, this combination of software and business process outsourcing industry, the status quo of China’s software outsourcing, software outsourcing industry to build the value chain, through in-depth analysis of industry value chain, found that China’s software outsourcing industry value chain, companies are in the end, the process of value creation value creation at least, the largest, the largest part of the overall cost, the profits minimal. Next, this paper build China’s software outsourcing business value chain, value chain analysis of the various enterprise value of activities and found that production and management, human resources management, technology development, marketing activities and several key business value of customer value creation is most closely , then in-depth analysis of these key value-creating activities problem. Finally, the value chain for the key problems in each proposed improvement strategies, and proposed reconstruction of the industry value chain and target market specialization strategy.In this paper, an analysis of the issue questions the idea of a problem-solving framework for analysis, the analysis part of the problem, this paper attempts to value the enterprise value chain activities of the key problems common to analyze the entire industry problems, to reflect a common problem in micro-enterprise sector macro-reality, China’s software outsourcing industry trying to find the root causes of problems, and problems and the industry based on sustainable development in industry development strategy, with a view to the development of China’s software outsourcing industry to provide useful information and suggestions.
