Abstract


A miniaturization design of optical system was fulfilled based on the technical indexes of an optical correlative recognition system. Both collimating and beam expanding lenses and Fourier transform system belong to the telephoto texture, which can content precondition of long focal length and curtail the systematic tube length to a great extant. The optical path is folded tactfully with right-angle reflecting prism, so that the overall layout of the system is more compact. The optical systematic structure is optimized with optical computer-aided design software ZEMAX. The outright length of the miniature optical correlative recognition system is less than150mm, and the systematic width is less than130mm, and the tolerances are formulated finally.The recognition system has the virtues of small volume, light weight, simple structure. And the systematic structure adopts double optical path processing, so it can achieve real-time identification.
