Abstract


EAM is Enterprise Asset Management, it implements preventive maintenance of assets, assets track, the whole process of life-cycle management based on the equipment, asset account and treat management maintenance as the core, the submission, approval, implementation of work order as main line. EAM can effectively improve the efficiency of equipment maintenance, reduce maintenance and repair costs, improve asset reliability and value.This thesis first analyses the thinking of asset management in EAM, and the article focuses on the development process and the status of the EAM system, gives the shortages of the current EAM at home and abroad, then proposes the necessity of the EAM system with service-oriented middleware technology。This thesis mainly includes the following content:1) Through the investigation and analysis of existing EAM system to discover the shortcomings of the EAM and direction of development, summarizes the significance of researching, designing and developing EAM system which is based on Service-oriented Architecture.2) Describe the EAM function by proposing the main modules and major business processes, abstracting the main business processes.3) Describes the service-oriented architecture knowledge which the EAM system is based on. And then proposed a solutions using Web Services-based technology to build EAM system, making the EAM system has high stability, integration, portability and flexibility.4) The other part of thesis focuses on the design and implementation of equipment management modules, online monitoring equipment - corrosion control two key modules of the EAM system and one of the key issues the design and implementation of functional position coding
