With the rise of "The Internet of things" in the world, the mobile communication terminals which organic integration of modern information technology such as mobile communications, RFID, LTE gained unprecedented development opportunities, it will be one of the new technology that will lead the direction of the future technology. The article studied a kind of mobile phone software architecture based on the VIA CBP5.7platform. And we achieved two innovations in the architecture:the functional innovation——loading RFID capabilities in the general cell phone to make it with a UHF RFID functionality and architecture, so that it can access to the RF tag data information and update the RF tag data information, and it enhanced the use of RFID experience; innovation of application——the functional design of the terminal can be used as a mobile phone function and can also be applied to the use of non-contact IC to store information as read and write terminal, and need feedback settings, such as authentication, ticket-security and so on. The handset software designed in this article run well on the CDMA mobile terminal system and had been mass production.Firstly, we analyzed the feasibility and significance of the article on the basis of the studying of RFID technology at home and abroad. At the same time, we fully prepared to the thesis seriouly and deeply by studying of the mobile terminal system software architecture, the basic principles of RFID read and write terminal system, the CDMA terminal system communication protocol and other related knowledge.Secondly, we expanded the practice of program design UHF RFID phone system solutions based on theoretical guidances, including mobile phone system functional requirements, system hardware and software environment, the overall software design of UHF RFID phone. Among them, the system software architecture and the core technology of user interface system are focus of the system design.Furthermore, designed and implemented UHF RFID cell phones and UHF RFID module software that based on the VIA CDMA platform, divided into the overall summary of the design and submodule detailed design. The submodule detailed design include data stream, radio frequency identification, network interaction and UHF RFID display four sub-function modules. In the design and implementation, focused on the hierarchical design of the UHF RFID data streams, message-driven window management system and event registration system between the three-module of user interface system. In the design we selected process-oriented Object C++which ensures the portability of UHF RFID software and operating efficiency.Finally, designed and implemented a applications system that has the function of UHF RFID-Ticket Authentication System. This has put forward feasible overall system architecture, the policy module, database module, the Socket module and log module several major modules specific to Design and Implementation. Tis system has powerful subsequent which layes a good foundation for the scalability of NFC phones, and for the phone to establish instant messaging group.
