Abstract


With many enterprises develop quickly in recent years, a lot of management issues were appeard.These issues will promote more development in market of enterprise management software. The management software market grows with 25 percert in a year. The requirement of enterprise management software makes the software company grow quickly. Many management software agency increase more and more, these issues restrict the company’s development, the core competence of these agency is stagnated, how do the agency obtain greater development space? And how do the agency let the corporation’s information technology to make progress healthy and rapidly? The topic becomes a part of the scholars and business managers to study and research.Firstly,this paper introduces a well-known enterprise management software company and its subordinate organization,a small service agency.Through the PEST analysis theory, I analyse Kingdee software company’s internal and external environment, we know the agency’s development environment under the macro-political, economic, social, technological and other factors. Secondly,by using the Five Forces model analysis method, I analyse the management software agency’s structure carefully, and find out how laboured the agency earnings the space is,and how difficulty the agency obtain profit is.Thirdly, by the SWOT analysis. I make the agency analyze themselves,not only let them find out the way of gaining the profits under the model of the PEST theory and Five Forces,but also make the agency find out their advantages and disadvantages. Finally, I give the opinion of the agency’s development approach, the paper’s theory contacts practice, qualitative analysis contacts quantitative analysis, the solution of the paper has practicability and enforceable. I hope that the paper will give the reference and direction to the management software agency’s development.
