Interaction between primary school and community has been a Hot-point in research of theory and practice concerned by society and education circle. Community is a task force for building the moral education of teenagers, which has become the objective request in community construction. Moral education in teenagers which requires joint efforts of community and school, has attracted the attention of education researchers. In cultivation of student, school and community have close connection and common interests. Only they work together and form the mechanism, can they create the environment and atmosphere of cultivating modern citizen.Our article aims to conduct the research of the concept, meaning,function, objectives,strategies,assessment of interacion between school and community areas from the moral perspective. A further discussion will be made in history,present situations, mode, affecting factors, research fruits and weak points.Aims are to make an objective explaination of the interaction between primary schools and community areas and an attentive observation of the interaction practice as well. Reorganize the resources,conduct the moral reserches, improve the volunteers services, strengthen the coopertaion between school and community, which can finally reach the level of harmony but not uniformity, mutual complementation and total optimization, gain the goal of coexistence and harmony by mutual connection and interaction. All will promote theory research and practice of interaction between primary school-not only in Yuexiu district, but also in more areas—and community areas.
