Abstract


The thesis makes a detailed study of the standards and specifications of municipal bridge project quality grade evaluation and the national and local administration of trade’s requirements of quality grade evaluation. The thesis evaluates the quality of Hebai road grade separation project of Chongqing by means of urban grade separation project quality standards evaluation system established by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The program language C sharp is used to carry out evaluation. It includes comparison of main evaluation methods, selection and subdivision of evaluation indexes, establishment of expert judgment matrix, single test of judgment matrix, consistency correction of judgment matrix, determination of index weighting, computation of the scores of subentry construction, part construction and unit construction, the design of the function and construction of urban grade separation project quality evolution system, and the development of its evaluation system. Firstly, by means of comprehensive comparison, the thesis chooses AHP as the evaluation method of urban grade separation project quality standards, and chooses the evaluation indexes according to the real situation of Hebai road grade separation project.The index will be subdivided into the indexes, which can be quantified and comparable, in order to be used in AHP. Finally, the urban grade separation project quality evaluation system is finished.Secondly, the expert judgment matrix will be established according to the importance of indexes and the experts’scores. The weight of indexes will be determined after checking and correcting the consistency of the expert judgment matrix. The thesis will further intensify the evaluation of the urban grade separation project quality and reduce the personal factors in process of quality evaluation in order to make the final results accurate and reliable.Thirdly, the thesis evaluates the quality of Hebai road grade separation project of Chongqing by means of evaluation methods and evaluation system. The results turn to be good.At last, the thesis develops the urban grade separation project quality evaluation software by the program language C sharp according to the site operation and supervision experiences. The software has friendly interface, and is easy and convenient to operate. It makes the complex computation simpler and therefore increases the supervision level and efficiency of urban grade separation project quality.The quality of urban grade separation project concerns the revitalization and booming of economy of the country, and concerns the life security and vital interests of people. Therefore, the supervision engineers’control of the project quality is of great importance. This study attempts to give suggestions to supervision staff and contribute to the reform and development of the market of supervision.
