Abstract


Today, the whole country is in the new age of constructing harmonious and democratic society. The concrete way to make the students’participating in management evolved to the democratic education is a subject which needs to be intensive studied in the field of school management. The cadres selection is a very good cut-in point for the study. The students can sufficiently realize the importance of the democracy in the cadres selection process. Via literature study, questionnaire investigation, deeply visit and experience summarization, this study researches the cadres selection modes, the advantage and disadvantage of each mode and how the selection modes affect the student’s democratic participation ability in primary schools nowadays. The thesis gets the real data through network and traditional questionnaire, and presents detailed analysis. The results of surveying the response indicate that teachers, students and parents all give positive evaluations. The sense of participation in democratic selection trends going-up sharply. But, the relation between the mode of cadres’election and the ability of the students’democratic participation is not a simple linearity; it should a dynamic relationship. By democratic election it brings the highest participation will, while the most opportunities to democratic participation by turn-taking, the biggest rights by free selection and the highest efficiency by appointment. Every selection modes have advantages and disadvantages, students’ democratic participation ability always could be improved so far as they choose a selection mode according to the class-phases. After an extensive analysis of the problems found in the practical investigation, we find out the solutions to the primary school cadres selection problems, such as, taking a selection mode according to the class-phase together with double-track system to complement each other, using dynamic management with evaluation mechanism so that to improve the level of democratic management. By a serial of methods, we hope to provide some reference methods for the students to improve their democratic participation will.
