Some electronic equipment , such as the S \u0026 P screen and wide-screen high-definition TV , Tablet PC , PDA , mobile phone and other image display function . These display device showing personalization and diversity . The original image usually has a high resolution and a different aspect ratio . The small screen can not provide adequate resolution of the image to meet people's visual needs . Different aspect ratio may cause image distortion . In order to solve these problems so that the image scaling current research focus . There are many ways in recent years, image scaling . The WELT deletions techniques can effectively solve the uneven image scaling, but its discrete nature leads to the edges of objects in the image after scaling appears obvious cracks . Non-uniform image distortion is a continuous can be solved line slit the discrete nature of the addition and deletion . These methods , however , along the zoom direction expanded image distortion, but also can not maintain a large number of the image feature . We propose a new image scaling method based on mesh deformation techniques can keep important image local area , so distortion spread to less important areas can significantly shape of the object in the target image at the same time with their first shape similar. To accomplish this method , first establish the grid and the image of the source corresponding to the image characteristics of a significant relationship between the degree of the extracted the important object region in the corresponding image grid ; important object region grid deformation , this modification is based on the triangle resistance , and to calculate a similarity deformation constraint by minimizing the objective function ; when the image scaling , we have established a quadratic equation of the energy function used to measure the similarity of each of the local region error . The result is scaled by a significant degree of constraint and minimize the energy function . This method is a linear system , and high efficiency . With the advent of image scaling technology , makes digital television images are better able to adapt to the requirements of the various sizes of display screen , digital TV picture appears to meet the human visual sense .
