Along wih urbanized advancement speeding up,the demand of water increases as well, people pay more attention on the problem of wastewater discharge. How to solve this problem of wastewater treatment has become one of the important subjects in the continuable and scientific development stratagem of our country. The process of wastewater treatment is a complicated biochemistry reaction process with characteristics of high non-linearity, time varying, indetermination and lag, which adds the difficulty of process control. Now, the importance of wastewater treatment is to improve the performance of outlet water and strengthen the computer supervisory control system.For the above satiation, the author of this article designs a kind of computer supervisory control system based on the demand of the process characteristics and management. The research results are as following:Designed a computer supervisory control system based on the demand of both the process characteristics and management,described the structure, function and control mode of the supervisory control system,selected the proper instruments,equipments and configured them with the communication network.According to the technology characteristics and the demand for monitoring of the sewage treatment process,a set global monitoring of intergated automatic system based xinhua DCS is constructed.the hardware configuration of the project is explained in detail,the rrocess buildig for the part control logical is given,in Combination With the software characteristic and and using method,and explains the making process for the realization of various Man-Machine Interface action.Aiming at cost saving,it is mainly implemented to the control of pumping station and Fuzzy Control of Subsystem for dissolved oxygen in aeration tank. the Priority Rotation is used for the pumping station,try its best to improve work efficiency of pumping station. Aiming at characteristic of Nonlinearity,time variation,Uncertainty of The control object of dissolved oxygen for aeration process, this paper uses the PID control for dissolved oxygen, makes up the lack of normal PID.The DCS mainly achieves the Procedure in Production of centralized display centralized display operation management,Remote Operation, auto Report Printing、Data Acquisition and sets field devices control,the design improves the automatically running level of sewage treatment system,achieves Remote monitoring, reduces the operator’s working intensity.
