Abstract


With the rapid development of total vehicle ownership in China, vehicle exhaustemission is becoming more and more serious and it is one of main pollution factorswhich are harmful for human. Multi-component gas mass analysis bench is one of mostimportant parts for vehicle emission detection system. New gas mass analysis benchbased on quality analysis principles is the most advanced and scientific analysisinstrument. Combined with short transient loaded Mode, relative test and study, whichhas important theoretical and practical value, is carried out to test effectively andeliminate vehicle emission and improve the air quality.The imported multi-component gas mass analysis bench is studied and software fortest system is developed to realize the communication, control, data collection andsensor calibration of the bench. The software for the test system is proved effectively byexperiments. Its main work includes:1. Study the serial communication protocol of the sample bench and develop afunction mode for data transceiver.2. The bench is divided into two function modes: gas concentration analysis modeand gas flow rate analysis mode. Dynamic link library function components and methodcall are designed.3. The mode for detection gas path, calibration gas path, air gas path, zero gas pathand cleaning gas path are designed to analyze the gas path system in the bench.4. Study the surveying principles and methods for various special sensors,including the sensor composed of CO2, CO, HC, NOx, and O2, gas flow sensor,Zirconium oxide sensor. Design and develop the function mode for zero sensor.5. Study the analysis for total quality calculation and amending calculation methodfor various gas emission and get emission factor. At last, vehicle virtual emission workprocedure design, software realization and real vehicle test are carried out.In addition, requirement analysis for software test system is introduced and thefunction requirement is described. Specific technical way and methods are given indetail based on the results of analysis. Total design and realization for the test system are summed up. Proposal and suggestion are given for the future work.
