Abstract


Unable to break through the conventional microwave radar line of sight limitations, detection range is limited, can not meet the warning, protection of exclusive economic zones, etc. needs. HF radar surface using vertical polarized electromagnetic wave diffraction coastal principle, the detection distance can reach hundreds or even thousands of kilometers, to make up for the lack of microwave radar. Shipboard and shore-based HF radar HF radar compared to the movement of the carrier platform led to the sea clutter spectrum broadening, making low-speed target is flooded, difficult to detect. This research is the focus of broadening the target in sea clutter detection and DOA valuation issues. Broadening sea clutter when coupled with empty properties, specific frequency corresponds to a particular direction of sea clutter, time domain is difficult to distinguish between targets and clutter that can be processed in the airspace. Airspace orthogonal weighting method zero weight vector processing unit corresponding to the direction of sea clutter, clutter can be achieved while suppressing target detection and DOA estimates. But at the same target and clutter will be generated when the main lobe main lobe split, so we introduce oblique projection operator instead of the orthogonal weight vector. Ideal oblique projection method can suppress clutter under the premise basically no impact on the signal. But the practical application, the ideal oblique projection operator is difficult to obtain, generally only uses the covariance matrix decomposition approach to estimate. The oblique projection operator and the MUSIC algorithm can suppress the clutter and achieve super-resolution residual signal. This article from the perspective of the matched filter, so that the projection oblique projection operator to scan vector space is proposed based on vector-oriented oblique projection algorithm. The algorithm does not appear the main lobe schisms achieved in suppressing clutter signal detection, while the peak of the power spectrum can be used as the target signal DOA estimates. In addition, the wavelet transform can be used to shore HFSWR sea state sensing and signal detection, the paper further discusses their applications ported to the carrier HFSWR possible. Get the signal detection unit where the target speed based on the distance, we study a single snapshot based super-resolution algorithms. IMP continuously iterative algorithm has detected a signal for inhibiting the output spectrum of the contribution of the residual signal to achieve accurate positioning. In an unknown number of signals or noise power in the case, the algorithm is not suitable to deal directly with a single snapshot data, so we have introduced data dimensionality reduction covariance matrix estimation method and the beam domain methods, an improved algorithm for a single snapshot IMP . Algorithm without sacrificing performance estimation bias and MSE under the premise of improving resolution probability, especially in low SNR. By processing the measured data, this paper proves the validity of the two methods.
