Abstract
Bistatic radar system , not only in theory or in practice already approaching maturity . HF radar studies despite a late start , but over the past 30 years in the shore-based and ship-based surface wave radar has made great achievements. With radar network technology, dual / multi -frequency radar base HF radar field research has also become a hot new direction . But now in a dual / multi- base HF radar data fusion experimental research project undertaken by fewer number . In this paper, bistatic HF radar system for the background , the first analysis of bistatic HF radar data fusion data characteristics , including spatial alignment of the main sources of error , each parameter conversion method , as well as the formation of track quality problems. Through analysis of the data and the analysis of the traditional track correlation algorithm , to extract the bistatic HF radar track association exists unique problems . These issues raised for the new track correlation algorithm provides basis . Secondly, based on the analysis of these aspects of the proposed bistatic HF radar system track fusion method - based on track segments track fusion method . This method is associated with a track segment as the basic parameters of track not only an effective solution to track segment phased problem of declining quality , but also the traditional method can alleviate the problem of \In this method , the focus on the criteria for determining the length of the track segment , comprehensive method for solving the relevance and track segments associated guidelines and other issues. Finally, the neural network (Neural Network), fuzzy reasoning (Fuzzy Reasoning), expert systems (Expert System) combines three-dimensional model (NFE model ) concepts , frameworks and structures , and the NFE model is applied to bistatic HF track fusion of radar systems , structural model based on track segments NFE track fusion methods, and the use of poor positioning distance , radial velocity difference and speed difference between the overall judgment track segment correlation . This method resolves track association exists in the complexity and uncertainty for bistatic HF radar system data to provide a way to achieve fusion works .
