Abstract


In recent years , with the calculation of electromagnetic theory and a large electromagnetic compatibility mature commercial software available, making early in the design of high-speed PCB board signal integrity (SI) problems for system simulation analysis as possible, but the results obtained simulation software is able to reflect the true state of the objective , you need a complete and effective evaluation system to verify the proposed effective SI simulation method for quantitative assessment of the credibility of the results become very urgent. In this paper, the characteristics of SI simulation problems that \First, the reflections, crosstalk , noise differential microstrip lines and vias for typical problems such as signal integrity analysis, typical problems SI feature concerns the simulation , based on this sum, sum SI simulation problem created in response to the characteristics of the data characteristics libraries. Next, the characteristics of the database data properties to classify different types of features to take their characteristics corresponding extraction methods such as : Fourier transform, wavelet theory , Prony transform , correlation theory and statistical methods. Then , the extracted SI features characteristic differences obtained by analyzing evaluation indicators from different angles, simulation and experimental data are given the degree of difference . Finally , use the \The deconstruction method is applied to data features S-parameters and typical problems such as ringing SI simulation credibility evaluation , the method proven findings by researchers with the field of signal integrity assessment results are consistent , which proves the data characteristics SI simulation results deconstruction method to assess the credibility of the validity and correctness .
