Abstract


Today, the world economy is developing at a high-speed. The role of human resource is of the greatest importance to all enterprises. More and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the training of employee. The training of employee is an important part of human resource management. The training of employee can help employees to improve their skill to adapt to the development of enterprises. However, it is a difficult problem for enterprises to construct a high performance training system of employee. On this question, this thesis has conducted the research by taking JZC Corporation as the object of study.As a typical state-owned enterprise, JZC Corporation has a perfect organization structure and special training department organization to implement the training. JZC Corporation’s training system is perfect and meticulous in process and structure. Each year, the trained staff rate of JZC Corporation is as high as 90%, but training performance is relatively low. The training system of JZC Corporation needs to be improved urgently.First, this thesis expounds the related background and significance of the enterprise staff training, related theory of enterprise staff training, thoughts and methods of the thesis. Second, the thesis analyzes the present situation of JZC Corporation’s training system and the existing problems through the investigation, interview method, system analysis method. Finally, the thesis designs the JZC Corporation’s training system according to the related theory of enterprise staff training, and the specific conditions of JZC Corporation from three aspects of training goal, training process and training operation security. The optimization design emphasizes that the training target system is the connection of corporation’s development goals, department’s development goals, and staff’s development goals. It emphasizes the application of new technology and new methods in each link of the training process, and the supporting role of part-time teachers’ management system, training management system and training culture for the training system.From the research of JZC Corporation training system’s redesign, I hope that the practical problems of JZC corporation training system can be solved, and such research can provide some references to the same type of state-owned enterprise.
