From2007to2012, the United States carried out three quantitativeeasing monetary policies, which had a great influence on the globaleconomy, especially China’s economy and finance. In fact, U.S.quantitative easing monetary policy is just a “fuse”. The great trauma itbrought to China is actually comes from the accumulatedly hiddentrouble, i.e., the asymmetry of the sino-us capital flow pattern. Nowadays,with quickly increasing degree of globalization, the relationship amongdifferent economies has been increasingly close. No matter which majoreconomy’s economic situation occurs turmoil, it will produce “chain”effect on the globe. From America’s Subprime Crisis, the financial crisisin2008, to the European debt crisis in2010, the world’s current economicsituation is not clear. The future of the world economic policy still has a lot of uncertainty. Therefore, through the study of U.S. quantitativeeasing monetary policies’ influence on Sino-US bilateral capital flow,exploring the way of changing asymmetric pattern of bilateral capitalflow, as to enhance China’s economic risk resistance capacity, it hasimportant theoretical significance and practical significance.This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter isintroduction. It mainly discusses the background and significance of topic,and makes simple carding and summary on the related academic research.Then this chapter introduces the basic thinking framework.At last, itintroduces the thesis research methods, the main innovation anddeficiencies.The second chapter is the background, main contents and influenceof U.S. quantitative easing monetary policy. First of all,it makes a simpleintroduction to the background of U.S. quantitative easing monetarypolicy; Then, it introduces the schedule and specific measures of U.S.quantitative easing monetary policy; At last, from three views: the United States, China, and globle,it analyzes the effects of U.S. quantitativeeasing monetary policy.The third chapter is the bilateral capital flow between China and U.S.under U.S. quantitative easing monetary policy. This chapter mainlysummarizes the change of bilateral capital flow between China and U.S.after the launch of U.S. quantitative easing monetary policy. Mainly fromfour aspects, that is, direct investment in China from U.S., directinvestment in U.S. from China, securities investment in China from U.S.,and securities investment in U.S. from China, it analyzes the pathways ofU.S. quantitative easing monetary policy functions on the changes.The fourth Chapter is quantitative easing monetary policy andasymmetric pattern of bilateral capital flow between China and U.S..Firstly it analyzes the characteristics of asymmetric pattern of bilateralcapital flow between China and U.S; Then it analyzes the causes of thissituation; In the final, it analyzes the influence on asymmetric pattern ofbilateral capital flow between China and U.S. caused by U.S. quantitative easing monetary policy.The fifth chapter is conclusion and policy suggestions. Firstly, thischapter makes a conclusion for full text; Then states that China’s riskresistance capacity is very weak confonting U.S. quantitative easingmonetary policy, rooting in the asymmetric pattern of bilateral capitalflow between China and U.S..Finally it puts forward some policysuggestions on how to change this pattern.
