Abstract


Commercial enterprise , a people closely related to the daily life of enterprise , our lives every day to make contact with . But the internal works , but few can be thoroughly understood. Our evaluation of their operations , everyone has their own views . However , we generally only limited to a perceptual awareness , few can truly rise to rational . Financial markets , is also an often contact . Everyone have some different views of the various stock valuation theories have been generated. But never a theoretical perfect estimated stock 's true value . With the development of the productive forces , the world there have been a large number of retail giant , well-known retail giant Wal-Mart has already boarded the position of the five hundred companies in the world . Commercial enterprises in China is in a stage of explosive growth . Based on this background , it is necessary to do a more profound discussion of stock valuation problem of commercial enterprises . Thus gradually explore a commercial enterprise valuation method . This paper first introduces several classic stock valuation model , and pointed out their advantages and disadvantages , as well as the extent applicable . The key then a detailed analysis of the mode of operation of the commercial enterprises identify the mode of operation of commercial enterprises . Finally , based on the operating characteristics of the commercial enterprises , as well as the scope of application of the classical model , select a stock valuation model improvements to make it suitable for the valuation of the stock of commercial enterprises . And to take a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to be demonstrated , and finally concluded .
