Non-wood forest products has garnered much attention recently is that it can meet the human health and nutrition demand, can develop family and the local economy to increase the farmers’benefit. Edible mushroom as an important non-wood forest products, was known as the health food in21st century, which is with broad development prospects. Fujian, is a big edible mushroom producing province, having a long history of cultivation, its production variety, production value and export value are all the most in the nation. Edible mushroom has become an important pillar industry of country economic growth and plays an important role in promoting the increase in farmers’income and the construction of new socialist rural area. The edible mushroom industry logistics in Fujian province has gained rapid development in recent years. Although the supply chain for edible mushroom has been initially established, apparent problems still exist including the long supply chain, unsmooth circulation channel, irrational logistic network distribution, large loss of edible mushroom, etc. Therefore, it’s necessary to optimize the Fujian edible mushroom supply chain network.Firstly, the background and significance of the study were introduced and the current situation home and abroad of non-wood forest products supply chain and logistics network distribution were analyzed based on summarizing the literature of variety. Then the Fujian edible mushroom industry status was researched, from current production situation and market demand two aspects. Afterwards, the structure, operating mode and the buddy relation of traditional edible mushroom supply chain logistics network were analyzed. On this basis, the problems were proposed. At last, the thesis mainly established the based on the loss of edible mushroom supply chain logistics network optimization model, which was solved using genetic algorithm.The auther plans to find restriction factors of edible mushroom supply chain in Fujian province and then optimize the traditional edible mushroom supply chain logistics network and solve the problems in edible mushroom supply chain, such as high transaction cost, unsmooth circulation channel, large loss of edible mushroom. Although abundant research results have been gained for traditional agricultural product supply chain and its logistics network distribution, research for edible mushroom supply chain logistics network is still in its initial stage.Thus, it is necessary for scholars to make further study.
