Abstract


It is interiorized in people’s mind that Internet enables an easier way to get fresher agricultural products along with the rapid development of social economy and faster pace of life. And this kind of demand is boosting. The existing operational mode of agricultural products websites can’t fully meet consumer’s requirements. There are a lot of problems severely restrict the development of home delivery for fresh agricultural products such as excessive processes of logistics, unreasonable regional distribution method, high distribution cost etc. The location of logistics distribution center plays a crucial role in improving logistics status and controlling the logistics distribution cost in the modern logistics theory. It is to say, the reasonable location is one of the main reasons that could reduce the distribution’s costs.This paper Studies on the agricultural product logistics distribution center of YG agricultural products website. Firstly, analyze the development of Shenzhen Agricultural Products, agricultural e-commerce, and YG network. Then make a conclusion that YG network must supply point position changes of the logistics distribution center re-location planning, in order to meet the demand of the existing logistics.Secondly, the cost of agricultural logistics is exorbitant in China. This paper does some research on the map, government policy, price, agricultural logistics infrastructure and so on in Shenzhen. Analysis on these infrastructure and other related factors, this paper elects3optional logistics outlets in order to establishing the location model of agricultural logistics distribution center and builds the model into mathematical equations. At last, it could be concluded that there were2agricultural logistics distribution center would be built in Shenzhen by LINGO software.Lastly, this study applies the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method to YG website agricultural products logistics location. This system joins qualitative and quantitative method through the creation of the index system and the use of AHP-Fuzzy algorithm for complying each other in the agricultural products logistics center location accuracy and completeness, and for providing scientific support to the YG website agricultural products logistics center location decision.
