Abstract


Land of the urban areas has important influence to economy development. On one hand, it provides space and platform for economy development. On the other hand, it is the basic resource to economy grows, and one of the important material carriers of economic development.Since Reform and Opening up, the economic of China sustained and rapid growth, in the economic gross grows ceaselessly behind, is the continuous investment of land resources. In the background of current rapid economic growth, industrial structure optimization and upgrading of the city, how to improve the urban land resource uses efficiency is a sharp problem that many areas of our country facing. To improve the urban land resource use efficiency, and promote economic development health and good, we have to analyze and definition the relationship of urban land use with economic development, and carries on the quantitative analysis of them."Liuzhou City" is located in central of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, it is in the process of high speed economic development in recently years. Progression of urbanization in this city is increasing the demand of various types of land day by day, and the existing problems in land utilization has restricting the rapid development of the economic construction of it. Therefore, in this paper, the writer taking the city of Liuzhou as an example of "Guizhong region", research the dynamic relation between the economic development and urban land utilization.In this paper, first of all, the writer comprehensive use the theories of land economics, industrial economics, city economics, resource and environmental economics, mathematical economics and other related theories, and the empirical analysis method, from the dimensions of land utilization and economic development of the Liuzhou city, in other words, research from interaction between economic growth, industrial structure adjustment and the urbanization, analyze the relationship between land utilization and economic development in Liuzhou city. In the research, the writer integrated use of descriptive statistics method, visual display the changing of Liuzhou city in land utilization structure, economic growth, industrial structure and urbanization in recently years. Secondly, the investment of city construction land is considered as one of elements for economy grows in this paper, with the use of the common model of Cobb-Douglas production function, introducing land supply element to do metric analysis for the land supply influence in economy increasing. Finally, the writer uses the Solow residual method to calculate the contribution rate of land supply to economic growth. Then the writer analyzes the relationship of nine types of city construction land with industrial structure and urbanization, to explore the influence of city construction land to industrial structure and urbanization.In the end of this paper, according to the research conclusion, the writer put forward these suggestions:1. Using the systematic viewpoint to grasp the relationship between city land and the economic development;2. Unified the market mechanism and government macro-control;3. Improve the matching degree between total amount of city construction land and economic development scale;4. Through land replacement promotes the realization of city land utilization structure and industrial structure becoming double optimization.
