Abstract


"Bank is an industry with risks" has been perceived, but the risk management as an important financial institutions, content management, and risk management embodies the perfection of Bank’s core competitiveness. For a long time, China’s commercial banks on operational risk management and prevention is still at the initial stage-behind the operational risk awareness, risk management structure is not perfect, risk management means a single, transparent information disclosure, internal control mechanisms and rigoroNJ, external environment and poor, leading to operational risk events occur frequently, to the bank caused a great deal of economic loss and damage to reputation.This article is just for the question and it take NJ bank for example; first, it talked about commercial bank to define the meaning of operational risk, and operational risk of commercial banks and property induction commercial bank operational risk people Misunderstanding, comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the risk of commercial banks, one of the three major operational risks. And international commercial banks by the Experience of operational risk management; operational risk from the Commercial Bank of China’s current situation was studied, by studying the proposed Operational Risk Management of Commercial Banks countermeasures and suggestions.
