Abstract


Finance is the core of modern market economy, economy continuous, healthy and rapid development is due to financial effectively support. And four state-owned commercial Banks is the subject of finance in China, China is the main channel of the enterprise to carry on the financing. In the financial sector made great achievements in economic operation, meanwhile, is becoming more and more serious financial risk, outstanding performance for financial institutions, especially four state-owned commercial Banks precipitated a lot of bad assets, already seriously affected the whole financial system’s safety. Therefore, to strengthen and improve credit risk management, practically reduce bad assets, are four state-owned commercial Banks in the next few years, China is the focus of the work effectively the important guarantee to reduce financial risk.Based on the commercial bank personal credit business development present situation as the object of study, through the Bank of China the development of individual credit business and risk analysis, and combining international experience, find out restrict the development of banking business and risk of the internal and external factors, and according to the factors put forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.The article is divided into five parts, the first chapter is the introduction, introduced the research background and significance; the second chapter is the general management model on credit risk and credit risk, the characteristics and definitions are introduced in detail, and introduces in detail the personal credit risk theory and related model; the third chapter introduces the IRB in credit business management application; fourth chapter focuses on the personal credit business risk management problems were studied, at last the article introduces the internal rating method in strengthening the personal credit risk management countermeasure.
