Abstract


With the development of china current economy, housing real estates are playing an more and more important role in society. But holds unclear development strategy. Based on the truth mentioned above, this thesis summarises the features of regional real estate company and the problem in planing development strategy. Through the research that the excellent enterprises design and implement the deveoplment strategy and achieved business objectives successfully. The thesis discusses how to redesign and chose the suitable development strategy for the regional real estate company. Detailed the strategy target, find the correct ways for key factors and attached with matched measures.Firstly,this thesis combines theory and practise, Under the guidance of the traditional strategy theory, analysis and compare the external and internal environment and discover the advantage and disadvantage of the enterprise A by means of PEST method, SWOT method, Value Chain analysis model, Enterprise Life Cycle theory, points out the existing problem of development strategy of enterprise A.Secondly, it chooses Vanke Real Estate Co.,Ltd as the oustanding company in china housing real estate industry and picks Risesun Development Group and Central China Real Estate Co.,ltd as the role-models in the regional housing real estate industory. By means of comparing their designing and implemention of the development strategy and abstracting the same characteristics and key succussful method, it provides a valuable reference for enterprise A to find the right way.Thirdly, based on the above analysis, the thesis redesigns the development of enterprise A and picks up the most appropriate one. determines the whole strategy goal, and enhances the key factors to support the target.Finally, according to the final goal and the requirement for enterprise A to become a listed company in the security market, it develops the key elements of strategy planing in details to ensure the realization of the strategy target.
